The Committee on Finance Banking and Insurance Subcommittee moves to amend the bill on page thirty-four, section six, on lines 373, 378 and 384, by striking out the words “subdivision” and inserting the words “subsection”;

On page forty four, section eight-a, beginning on line three, following the words “Insurance Commissioner”, by striking out the colon and the following proviso: “Provided, That those physicians serving as of the termination of the former workers’ compensation commission shall continue to serve until replaced”, and inserting a period; and

On page seventy-four, following section fourteen, line six, by inserting the following:

Ҥ23-5-15. Appeals from final decisions of board to Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia prior to July 1, 2022; procedure; costs.

[Repealed]”.
